Fancy seeing you here.As you already know by now, my name is V, and I'm a (checks watch) 32 year old female artist living in Central Pennsylvania.I've been providing freelance artwork for clients since I was 13 years old, drawing character designs and portraits for the roleplaying community. I started drawing as a tiny child, as soon as I could hold a pencil.I love worldbuilding and creating lore-accurate characters that fit into their intended genres, but also love subverting expectations a little bit and keeping the characters interesting.

I specialize in fantasy and mythology, and my faves are monster girls, aliens, elves, and demons. However, I’m open to a wide range of characters of all flavors and textures!Each commission is a collaborative design process. We’ll start with a consultation to go over your ideas, with progress updates at each stage: sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading/lighting, and final details. Minor revisions are welcome during the entire process, while major revisions are only done during the sketch phase.Finished characters can be used for all non-commercial purposes, with credit preferred, but not required. If the character design will be used for commercial purposes i.e. v-tubers, merch, or branding, please let me know ahead of time so we can discuss further.Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.Please refer to the ToS for full info on how commissions work!

A consultation is required before starting a commission. I prefer Discord calls, but we can also communicate through text via Facebook or Instagram DMs.
This is where we’ll go over your ideas, references, and overall direction for the piece so everything is clear before I begin. Consultations usually take about an hour, depending on the complexity of the commission.
Please have references and information ready ahead of time. If you’re unsure, we can build your character together. Teamwork is encouraged :)
After the consultation, if we agree to move forward, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve your slot.✦ Commissions
I have the right to decline a commission if it’s outside my comfort zone or availability.
Commissions are to be used by the client for all non-commercial purposes. Commercial-use work is available for an additional fee and can be discussed prior to commissioning.✦ Payment
Payment is through PayPal invoice or Venmo.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your commission slot. This amount is applied toward the final price.
The remaining 50% is due after sketch and concept approval, before moving on to final rendering.
Payment plans can be discussed if needed.✦ Process & Revisions
I’ll send updates during all progress stages for client's approval.
Minor changes (colors, details, minor tweaks) are included in the price throughout the process.
Major changes are included during the sketch phase. After sketch approval and in later stages, additional changes may cost extra.
Excessive minor changes may also cost extra, in rare circumstances.✦ Refunds & Cancellations
If you decide not to move forward before the consultation and agreement, any payment made will be refunded.
Once we’ve completed the consultation, agreed on the commission details, and the deposit has been paid, the deposit becomes non-refundable (this reserves your time and slot).
If I need to cancel for any reason after work has started, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.✦ Usage Rights
I retain all rights to the artwork I create, while you retain full ownership of your character/design.
You may use your commission for personal use (icons, profile pics, wallpapers, prints for yourself, etc.).
Please do not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own. You are welcome to sell the character itself, but I appreciate being informed if ownership changes.
Commercial use (branding, merch, logos, etc.) is available for an additional fee and must be discussed beforehand.✦ Portfolio Use
Completed commissions will be used as examples in my portfolio unless you express before posting that you'd like to keep it private. I can also tag you on social media and credit you as the owner of the character if you'd like!✦ Communication
I'll send updates along each step of the process. Those steps include sketch, lines, flat colors, shade/light, and final details. You may get more updates as time goes on, depending on the complexity of the piece.
Clear references and communication help a lot. Please don't hesitate to infodump about your character. It'll help me bring them to life! ❤️
If I don’t hear back for 2–4 weeks, I may pause or close the commission.✦ What I Will / Won’t Draw

Racist, xenophobic, homophobic, or hateful content
Political propaganda or political commentary pieces
